Narcissus triandrus, commonly known as angel’s tears, is a perennial wildflower native to the Iberian Peninsula. It is distinguished by its nodding, pendulous flowers with slender, reflexed petals, usually in creamy white or pale yellow. Its colloquial name “angel’s tears” refers to the drooping, tear-like shape of the flowers. Unlike many other daffodils, Narcissus triandrus often produces multiple flowers per stem, creating an elegant, cascading effect. It typically grows in rocky meadows and woodland edges, making it well-adapted to sloped and mountainous habitats.
